“This 1 star review couldn't be lower. Do NOT stay here. This place is disgusting and not accredited by the BBB (F Rated). Bathrooms had pubic hair and rust, trash not emptied, dirty beds (sheets not washed), and mold everywhere. Just absolutely horrendous. I didn't think it was possible these places still exist. You've been warned.”

“Breakfast was okay, not to many options Toast, eggs, turkey sausage and waffle. The hotel can use some updating, towels were on the small size, tv service needs updating basic local channels no cable. Ample parking and staff was pleasant. Would I stay again? maybe but only for a night, not a long stay nor with kids LOL ”

“The lady checking me in was very unprofessional, the room stunk like someone had smoked in it and there was a cigarette burn on my sheet. If I would have not already paid for the room I would NEVER have stayed. ”

“First of all, let me say that if you stay at this facility, you will have no staff on property at night to clean your room if you need cleaning,, when I arrived at this facility, first of all it was nothing like it was posted on Expedia. When I got my key went into the room. The rug was the first thing I noticed it was filthy all kind of stains on it I don’t know what it was. I advise my family not to walk on this carpet bare foot because I didn’t know what was on that carpet. It looked like……

“This place stunk like marijuana. I rented a non-smoking room for 9 days while there for work and had to leave on the 3rd day. I couldn’t get past the stench and my work clothes were starting to smell like this trash motel. The kitchenette water faucet didn’t work, the bed was missing sheets so I had to go buy some. Literally had just a mattress cover and heavy blanket. I checked out early and they refused to refund me for my unused 7 days. They said they would return my $100 deposit but so far……

“The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. ”

“Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend ”

“Upon arriving at the property, it looked relatively clean and presentable. When we got to the room on the other hand, there was dirty Q-tips and miscellaneous items behind the furniture and under the bed. Good morning we got ready to leave. We check in the refrigerator. Make sure we didn’t leave anything in it and there was a bag of marijuana in the freezer not to mention of roaches everywhere. So if you wanna go get carried away in a sonic boom high roaches, this is a place to stay.”

“This place is sketchy. I was safe and no one messed with my car. You could easily get a contact high from other patrons in rooms around you. I did check for bed bugs and found no signs of them. The ac was cold just like the shower. ”
