Summary:
Convenient location to everything Indianapolis has to offer. You're only 3 miles from the Lucas Oil Stadium, Mass Ave or Canal Walk in Downtown Indianapolis. We are 4 miles from the 500 race track and the Brickyard in Speedway Indiana. You'll have Full access and privacy in an apartment studio style unit. The neighborhood isn't pretty but it is safe and quiet.

The Space:
This is one of four separate rental apartments in this Four-plex. This is a 1st-floor unit where you will need to climb 3 steps. There isn't much to walk to but you are a quick drive to everything.
There is a smart television in the master bedroom for your viewing pleasure.

Guest Access:
All of our wonderful guest will have 100% full private access to the entire apt.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is on the upswing but not completely back yet. The neighborhood isn't pretty but it is safe and quiet.

Getting Around:
We are right off the bus route to downtown Indianapolis with the bus stop being on our intersecting street.

Other Things to Note:
fold out bed for a friend ( If you are planning to use this please let me know so that I can provide you linens:) Also please note that linens are provided complimentary only after the guest count is 3.

Three plush towels are provided complimentary for your pleasure. If you find you may need more you are responsible for this provision.

Additionally, If you feel at home and decide to move the furniture please remember to place it back the way you found it upon the conclusion of your stay.
