"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? "It's my worst hostel stay in bali. The only thing is cheap but it's not worth it at all (as it's so far from town & you can't walk, only by transport).. The bed is bad, bed frame is not attached to 1 of the bar (it's dangerous for upper deck.. Well good luck), mattress sink in, so uncomfortable! Most of all the pillow smell badly (I need to use my own towel to cover on) .. I don't understand how the guest can fall asleep? They must be really tired. Did I mention? They don't provide towel (rental...
