“The front desk agent who checked us in was pleasant, but the overall experience was disappointing. Managers hovered around, the floors were dirty, and there were mouse traps in the hallway. When we went to look at the pool, a staff member there was very rude to us. She said the pool has always been closed. For the price, we expected much better. The lobby coffee station was not maintained, and our room had a sliding door that was permanently locked, with no ventilation. The tub/shower controls……

“When we arrived, the number given to us in the PDF file rang to a machine that said they were busy and we could leave a message. So we did that expecting a call right away. Nope, we waited a while and a couple of other guests arrived and we asked them how they had gotten the key to their room and they gave us a number to call. When I asked how they got the number, the woman said that her sister gave it to her. We never got a call back after leaving a message on the first number, so I don't know……
