“Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in……

“Cozy apartment close to main roads to get you in and around Columbia. No more than a 10-minute drive to most attractions in the city. More than enough amenities for a short 1-2 person stay. I pass through Columbia frequently and will look to use this property again.”

“The 2 bed/2 bath house was great for our family football weekend at USC. It is located right behind the Granby/Olympia apartments and an easy walk to the stadium to avoid the car traffic. The house has everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. You can hear the trains but they are not that frequent and it did not negatively impact our stay at all. We would recommend and stay again! Thank you!”
