“Better staff”

“Breakfast bar needs a little update. The meat was not what I expected and the grits were not done; almost raw. There was ham pieces one morning, and turkey sausage the next morning. All looked half done.”

“the Gm or whatever was disrespectful.She should not have that position if she doesnt knows how to interact with people.I was given a room with a broken toilet.Channels kept going out some channels not even available. I wasn't told that at check in.Phone in room didn't work so had to keep running down to front desk.My room didn't look like picture listed when I booked.And I was told because I booked thru expedia and sometimes the pictures they show are not a accurate. I go to there actual……

They only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not working and I booked this location for the pool experience. Also I asked for the room to be vacuum 3 days in a row with no other clean up requested and it was never done…. Even when I saw the cleaning crew in the hall I asked for this one thing to be done but it never……
