“Our stay at Ocean Allure Resort in Costa Mujeres was one of the most disappointing resort experiences our family has ever had. The way one of our family members was treated was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined the trip. My cousin and his wife came to celebrate his birthday and their 6-year wedding anniversary, but instead of enjoying a relaxing vacation, his wife, who is Hispanic, was repeatedly disrespected and profiled by resort staff. “Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible…. Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday. If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars . Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam……
