Top Kawazu Hotel Reviews
Rakuten STAY Atami
"My main purpose was to watch fire works without getting into crowds. We were in the 7th floor with the ocean view and it was great view of fireworks though there was one (small) block from the ocean. We had to make a noise complaint of one above us, assuming from a dog running around early in the morning but it was through AI text so don’t know if it did take care of it or talking to staff did. facility seems to be nice but they could do a better job of cleaning. Dust around the bed (bunk bed) and drainage in the sink in toilet bothered me. Other than being picky, it was great stay with free bar & snack (ends too early though), view, and daiyokujou, etc."
Shimoda Tokyu Hotel
"Great service by all staff. Attended to my many requests, thank you so much"
Village Atami
"Nice onsen and good breakfast. Location will be good for fireworks, but it’s a little far from the train station."
YU-FURI IZUKOGEN
"Our standard room was very spacious"
Atagawa Ocean Resort
"We loved our authentic Japanese vacation stay. Fireworks were a surprise we had not expected. Buffet had a large variety of choices although I am allergic to shrimp and do t like seafood so it limited me. I was still able to find enough to eat each day. Onsen was a new experience for us being Canadian but now we love it and will miss this relaxing ritual."
Atami Korakuen Hotel
"Nice hot spring and spa. The dinner buffet is good. Ice cream must try. Helpful staff. Checkin smoothly"
Shuzenji Onsen Katsuragawa
"We really enjoyed our Japanese style room with a private onsen. The beds were comfortable. It was fun getting to try out all of the amenities in the hotel, and the town of Shuzenji Onsen was lovely."
Hotel Izukyu
"Easy shuttle bus to and from Shimoda train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Clean swimming pool and onsen area. Easy access to the beach and 7 Eleven nearby."
Ryokan Hanareya Ishidaya
"Beautiful property with pool and garden. Staff was kind. Room was spacious and clean with private indoor and outdoor bath. Amazing stay overall. Highly recommend. We will be back again in the future."
