Al llegar con la maletas nos obligaron a pagar por almacenarlas lo equivalente a $1800 pesos Mexicanos por 2 dias siendo que el servicio es gratuito cuando llegan tus maletas y tu te hospedas en el hotel!! insistimos en que no hacia sentido que por paquetería no cobraran y por llevarlas personalmente si; pero no entraron en razón, esto fue un abuso por parte de ellos ya que sabían que era nuestra unica opción. Al regresar y desempacar las maletas nos damos cuenta de que nos faltan cosas siendo ellos los únicos que las reguardaron. Son poco confiables, éticos y abusivos.
