“Pour rester le plus objectif possible, je dirais que l’hôtel est idéal pour les voyageurs en quête d’authenticité (cadre, environnement, architecture….) Cependant, ne cherchez pas la tranquillité absolue, car l’ancien édifice réhabilité en hôtel reste mal insonorisé. Nous avions une chambre au 1er étage où nous avions l’impression d’avoir les voisins dans la salle de bain. Non pas que ces derniers étaient bruyants, loin de là, mais la conception et le cloisonnement ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel……

“Das Villa Alto Boutique Hotel ist eine Frechheit. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei zerbrochene Fensterscheiben, ein Fenster war von außen zugenagelt, damit man sich nicht an den Fensterscherben verletzt. Die Balkontür defekt, es regnete herein. Im Winter ist das Haus völlig ungeeignet, da es sich nicht heizen lässt. So wurde alles feucht und wir haben uns sehr erkältet. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind ebenfalls nicht geheizt, die Gäste saßen in Thermojacken und in Decken gehüllt beim Frühstück und am Abend.……

“while the weather was beyond anyone’s control, I had such a cozy stay and was perfect for the R&R that I needed. The grounds, the room and the entire property was so delightful though there were other guests. I don’t think I saw even one! It was truly so lovely in the rooms. I think everyone was cozied up by their fires during the rainy evenings. I really loved the grocery store, though the prices are a bit higher than in store, you’re paying for the convenience of all your necessities being……

“Food was great and varied,, house keeping staff were brilliant especially Isobel silva Pools were clean but cold Staff at reception were brilliant The only down side I could find was the beds were too hard and very worn, and could do with replacing. Overall a great place to stay but be aware on-site parking is 10 euros a day and the room safe is 19 euros a week ???? But if you want a good clean and well staffed hotel Look no further. ”

“飯店位於山上，地理位置偏遠，但是環境跟戶外景色令人難忘，絕對值得住一晚，飯店內部裝潢很溫馨，飯店櫃檯人員有禮親切，英文溝通能力良好。飯店早餐非常豐盛，選擇相當多。晚上附近沒有餐廳，要開車到附近的小鎮用餐，我們當天是用走的來回，慢慢走一趟時間大約花50分鐘。整體而言住宿經驗令人相當滿意，所看到的美景讓人感動，永生難忘。”

“This hotel is new. The property is beautiful. The front desk staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and speak multiple languages. Some of the other staff are getting adjusted but when they do get some experience this place will be flawless!”

“Casa das Videiras is located on a very narrow, windy one-way street. A few feet past the property is a very small free public parking lot with approximately 8 spots. The location in Seixal is pretty great, because it is walking distance to the public beach and natural swimming pools. It is close to the water which means, you don't have to endure much elevation change when walking around. However, because of its proximity to the water, parking can be challenging at any other time than late……

“The Hotel and staff were really charming. Location excellent and enjoyed sitting outside with a drink watching the tourists having their picture taken with ‘Winston’ buzzy little town with good connections to Funchal. Will happily come back. Food was also very good ”
