The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. And they would not provide clean towels when I asked. There was no safe in the room and also no soap. The toilet had no trash can.

"Lovely cosy, clean and friendly hotel away, 5m walk to gondola up to Courchevel 1850. Room was excellent. Only notable issue is the wait staff in the bar / restaurant tend to get overwhelmed at busy breakfast, apres ski and dinner times. They need to employ more and some experienced management to run them efficiently. "

And staff in the reception are snob and unable to help or try to help.

"The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. There is a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, which is a shame as it could be a great place.

"We booked the hotel in good faith via hotels.com for a family ski holiday but we arrived in the resort at 10pm in freezing snow conditions to find that the hotel was closed for the whole week we had booked.
We were left with no accommodation for the night and if it had not been for some people allowing us to sleep on their floor we would have likely frozen to death !!"

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers.
Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"
"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski area pass - this hotel is so far at one end of the area you'll never make it over to Les Arcs and there is loads of skiing in La Plagne "
