Good day, I recently stayed at your establishment. A few things u can improve on:
1. Having a 24/7 receptionist, when I arrived I waited 20min in the rain for the receptionist to arrive.
2. Food/gift shop on property: when I arrived to the property there were no amenities available. I would suggest having a relationship with Uber eats to ensure comforts for your guests.
3. Noise: Saturday evening/ Sunday morning there was a loud dunking noise that vibrated the walls of my room 310. I messaged the front desk ( who was not on the property, and they still have no idea what that noise was.

There were no hand towels or wash clothes provided for the bathroom and kitchenette. There was also no coffee maker but the front desk clerk did bring one up promtply upon request.
Aparently all water heating is done with solar so the water never did get hot, and in the morning there was not even warm water; makes for a miserable shower.
