"Dirty, dead bugs all over floor, air conditioner moldy, toothpaste splattered all over bathroom mirror and sink, couches had tons of food under the cushions, remote batteries were dead, and reset Wi-Fi router, outside trash drug all over outside by wildlife, trash across back side if house, overgrown and smelled like dog. If you’re charging someone to stay there it should be clean."

"We stayed in the large suite. It was perfect! 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, directly kitty corner to the Nauvoo Temple! Temple within full view from the balcony and bedroom windows. The decor was designed to be period appropriate but with modern comforts. The beds were so comfortable, the towels were soft and fluffy, and lots of room to spread out. The only issue was the check-in. We were there in the off season and when asked about places to eat, we were told only places 20-30 mins away when there was an open restaurant less than a block away. The Red Front had delicious food! The front desk also said they couldn’t approve a late checkout and I would have to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. Just not helpful and wrong information. Messaged the phone number posted in the room and got the late checkout without issue. With so many people coming in from out of town, it would be more helpful to have someone more informed and willing to help as the face of your business. Thank goodness the room more than made up for that experience!"
