Checked in, no room with hot tub, front desk said since i booked through 3rd party they did not get my reservation right with a hot tub. Nothing offered for thw inconvenience at first. “Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. Everything was incredibly clean, in great condition, and smelled nice! “We paid for the room, opened the door then left immediately. The non-smoking pet room smelled so strongly of smoke that my asthmatic friend started having issues. The 1970s floor was dirty. This hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. From the front light by the door being broken to the lobby smelling like moth balls, this place needs a thorough cleaning.
