“The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. ”

“We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. Luxurious but not over the top. The entire staff is friendly. Tea service was brought up when we came back from exploring. 5……

“Beautiful setting, and very helpful staff. Food is passable; don’t expect much in that regard. If you book a trek, be clear about what you want out of the experience. We wanted to see the bamboo forest and waterfalls but ended up spending the day wandering through “authentic” villages. ”

“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. “Room was a good size but was incredibly dirty, bedsheets were stained and there was piles of dust around the bedside table and on the tv remote/ AC remote. There was dirt and grime/ mould around the window and in the bathroom. Very noisy as well”
