“The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby.
The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room.
Beds were ok.
No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well.
Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date.
Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for……

“Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money.
