“I arrived at 3am in the morning from a very long flight + it was very first time in India. I booked the hotel for the date I arrived but stupidly I failed to realise the check in wouldn’t be until 3pm. The receptionist told me all the rooms were fully booked for the night. He told me not to worry and I can stay in the reception lobby until the morning, a soon as a guest left in the morning they got the room ready for me🙏 I thought this was a very nice gesture of the hotel ”
