"We chose this hotel because the rating was 8.8/10. That is not even close. I ask the gentleman how much it was a night, which was more than Expedia. He said then you should book online. So I stood at the front desk and booked it while he looked at his phone. The room appeared clean, except for all the hair in the bathroom. It smelled like they had sprayed Lysol to cover up the smell and make it seem like they cleaned. The clock didn’t work. The outlets and light fixtures were hanging half on the walls. I’m very disappointed with our choice. Wouldn’t stay there again. "

"This Hampton Inn was clean, very comfortable and convenient to a major highway. The staff was friendly, helpful an knowledgeable. The included breakfast was great & had a wide variety of breakfast foods. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be staying there again!"

"Mattress too soft ! Very uncomfortable. Good location for families of KSU students. Need to upgrade bedding."

"We were short on towels and toilet paper. The door key did not work at first . I had to make a few trips downstairs to get what we needed. Over all it was clean and beds were good . Just check what you need before you get stated. We had 3 people registered for the room and only two sets of towles"

"Breakfast and happy hour make it worth the stay."

"Everytime I visit in put in the same room, 211 which is next to the elevator so you hat nice all night. The room needs a deep cleaning. There's dirt in the corners of the bathroom, around the tolit and a quality sticker from clothing stuck to the floor. The carpet has the same red stain each time I visit. For $220 a night I exspected better. Staff was super nice!"
