Great Vacation lodge and awesome heated parking garage!!

Worked really well for a ski weekend

The place is relatively small with two bedrooms and smaller living room but actually worked out great for my group

Cozy Ski Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! Easy access to the ski resort by walking trail or driving. The condo was cozy and kitchen had most things we needed. We had some difficulty with the key cards and had to get new ones a few times but the management company worked well with us to help us. The fireplace created a nice ambiance and the furniture was comfy. We also enjoyed the outdoor hottub with views of the resort!

Definitely worth the stay!

Hidden river

This place is very small. Not even room for a table.NO a/c and one room doesn’t have any windows to open. So if you come when it warm, it’s going to be a problem. Stove did not work well and there was none of the usual condiments available (oil, peanut butter, etc…) 3 packages of sugar was left, 2 sweetener, and 1 packet of coffee. On the plus side. The place was very clean and there was a laundry available on the same floor.location was good also.

Fine for 1 night

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had to stay in the area for work for 1 night. There were 3 of us and this place had 2 rooms and a sofa bed which was nice. However, the check in process was obnoxious and finding the codes we needed was confusing. There were 2 different parking codes on the portal, only 1 of them worked but I had to dig for it. I was able to find the garage code fairly easily, but the room code seemed to disappear from the portal the next morning. I had to leave to get coffee because the kitchen only had sugar, no cream. The microwave was broken and there was no a/c. The beds were decent but not great. There were also inconsistencies on check in times between thr listing, the emails, and the portals. They also charge $15/hr for early check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE. A month after making my reservation the host reached out saying I would need to pay another fee and that if I did not pay it my reservation would be cancelled. This fee was almost as much as the room itself and was in addition to the other two fees I paid for when making the reservation. They claimed this was for a “cleaning fee” but they didn’t have this cleaning fee listed anywhere on the page when I booked which is standard for every other listing on these sites. I ended up just paying the fee because I didn’t want them to cancel my reservation. But I’m disgusted with how this happened. When talking with their email support they claimed that they have in their policies that they’re “allowed to add any additional charges they see fit.” They’re clearly taking advantage of people. Absolutely awful experience.

Great vacation with my 2 kids!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a quick break of 3 days and skied A Basin, Keystone and Breck. It was in walking distance of Keystone lifts (even for me with a sprained ankle), a very quick drive to A Basin (5 minutes) and easy ride to Breck (30 minutes). My son fished the Snake river running through the property for fun everyday (caught nothing, but didn't expect to either). The couch was a bit uncomfortable to watch a movie at night for 3 people. The hot tub was great, the game room fun, and we took advantage of discounts offered to ski rentals and food. The other guests on the property were very friendly and we felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and the hot tubs were awesome! The sky light in the extra bedroom was a little too bright, but it was a full moon. Nice location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Here is my honest review. Condo was clean but old. The couch was probably the original couch when the property was first developed. Very old and not comfortable. The noise level at night was very loud with trucks going by constantly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sign on the microwave said out of order. They should spend $$ to replace it not put a countertop unit there. I would not stay there again unless the owner took pride in their property and made some small upgrades

The car garage was located in the basement/yet another level. Stairs at that Colorado altitude(9,200ft) are a challenge for the elderly.

Nice Place

Nice place, very clean. Hot tubs are nice. Only complaint is the bedroom faces the highway and it’s loud at night with windows open. Also there is no window in the second bedroom. Would be a great spot if you were visiting to ski.

Lovely

This property was very nice. I can see why it would be ideal for skier's. With the ski lifts so close. The view from this condo and location is perfect for nice getaway. We were there for a peaceful anniversary trip to a new destination. The facility is a bit outdated but it looks like a bit of maintenance was going on. The hot tubs were fantastic. While this will not prevent us from coming back there were a few things that were disappointing. Someone very close was frequently smoking marijuana outside and it covered the balcony and into the place. Since it was too warm not have the windows and door open this was very annoying to deal with. I would also suggest the owners get a Keurig or single serve coffee maker and include some simple staples. This was the first VRBO I've ever used that didn't have a small cupboard with food staples like oil, flour, or sugar. There are some spices but most of them are crazy silly like coriander and mustard seeds. I would highly suggest the owners dump those and include more widely used like cumin or paprika. It's the small things that make a big difference and when staying a weekend across so far away from home it's a big deal to have to pack or purchase such simple things that could be available. The soaps and shampoo are great but most people do remember their bathroom supplies and if not they can purchase those in travel sizes. You can't buy a travel size oil for a fried egg or flour to make breakfast gravy.

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed our stay close to restaurants we were able to walk to River Run Village and walk along the Snake River. The only complaint was the traffic windows and deck are facing the hiway. We are used to our quiet farm so to hear semis and many cars driving by and the lights of the cars and sign was hard but we made it doable by running a fan the whole time so we were able to sleep. All in all we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the cleanliness and communicative owner of the condo. Thank you!
