“We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. “Easy to find. Greeter helped us with everything. Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Cafes and restaurants all around. Walking distance to pike place market. ”

“We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. The host sent over a housekeeper but not until 8pm which made it very difficult since we were travelling with our one year old. One of the windows was broken and wouldn’t close. The carpet needs to be replaced and the plug for the bathtub doesn’t stop it from draining so we couldn’t give our son a bath. Other than that the location is ideal”

“It was very dirty. Bathroom floor is disgusting. Windows didn't fully close. Some plates were not fully cleaned. Doors don't fully close or barely fit. No fan in the bathroom. No tissues. The roof was great. The garage was ok, very tight space. The bedding was very good actually. The location is ok, except for the freeway noise. The bathroom is too small. The toilet is a small toilet. The bathroom really needs updating and a deep clean”
