“Staff service and attidue are great. Remarkable ones are Ms. Sci of the Elevation Lounge, Ms.Lou and Katy at the reception, and Mr. Lazzar at the Bell service. They are helpful and nice. The room in general is good. Yet, it will be helpful if a notice could be posted in the corridor to remind people to lower the voice when talking so as to minimise disruption to other customers especially early in the morning or late night.”

“First time booking the Boylston Hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were very kind, and the check in/out process was easy and smooth. I loved how modern and clean the hotel was, and I particularly loved the lounge downstairs. There aren’t any elevators in the hotel, but they have a service to help bring bags up the stairs. The room itself was very clean and tidy. It was a super hot day, but the AC in the room was so cold I genuinely forgot about the heat outside. I also love that guests……

“Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.”
