"Handy access from the highway. Easy check-in. Really decent breakfast, could use more fresh fruit. Excellent coffee. Room showed a little wear and corners not cleaned well, but otherwise quiet and comfortable."

"Staff was excellent, solved a confusing incident quickly and cleanly, with no effect to my stay. That said, I'll NEVER book through Expedia again. Yes, my error was my own fault. As a longtime user I would still appreciate a chance to explain how it happened and make a suggestion on their calendar defaults. But, there are plenty of other ways to book travel, so switching will be easy."
