“The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested……

E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. “A hotel with an elevator and a lovely restaurant/bar and dipping pool the size of a hot tub on the roof top. I also saw a sauna and steam room but I didn’t try them out. There was a very small gym but it was located by the rooftop restaurant and elevator and had a glass wall that really gave the impression of very much being on display while working out. The food I did try at the restaurant and through room service was good, as well as the daily breakfast. Hotel is a little hard to find as it……

“Spacious suite room. Only drawback was there is no separate aircon in the living area though a fan and heater are provided. Large refrigerator. Clean room and attentive staff and reception even during off peak season. New hotel. Different areas of the room were at different level with an inch step.... no issue once you get used to it.”
