“The Grandkids (6 & 8) had a great time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. They also enjoyed Big Rocks Park, the Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. The Carriage House was quaint and fun, but would have been better with dish towels and more kitchen dishes/utensils. Also, The bedroom is crowded for 4. There was also no water pressure when we arrived because a hose had been left on in the farm area. That was solved relatively quickly.”

“This property is AMAZING!!! In town but you feel completely secluded, and the longhorns are a great touch! We loved the peacefulness of the swing in the back yard and the rustic elegance of the cabin! The tub in the outhouse is a GREAT touch as well as the amazing walk-in shower and bathroom that is built on to the back porch. We will definitely be visiting again this fall! 10/10 Recommend!!”

“This cabin was perfect for our spring break getaway! The beds were super comfortable, and the general store had any needed items (my kids wanted milk with breakfast, which I forgot). Not to mention the pools, the adorable baby goats, the dirt trail for biking, and access to the river right on site! This was def a 10/10, and we will be returning again! ”

“River access was great. My dughter loved the petting area at the barnyard on site. The property was far enough out to provide camping ambiance while still withing great distance to everything in town. Clint at the front desk was excellent. He was extremely friendly and helpful. If you rent a cabin i would suggest you bring a fan for the loft area as it tends to get warm up there. We will definitely be returning.”
