For shared use: property 8'000 m2 (fenced), garden, meadow. Private: swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Arbour, barbecue, fireplace. 500 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 10 km (small), indoor swimming pool 10 km, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course 12 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Dolina Brzoskwinki, Tenczyński Park Krajobrazowy, Wieliczka 35 km, Oświęcim 47 km, Wadowice 50 km, Zakopane 120 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Kryspinów 10 km. Please note: motorway 1 km from the property. Airfield 6 km from the property. Hucul stud farm, where you can buy horse riding in the field or horse riding school for 5km. On request: private taxi (extra). The person responsible for the keys water the plants everyday in the garden and checks the purity of the water in the pool.
