"While we understand most hotels have strict cancellation policies, no policy should be placed above a guest's safety. Upon checking in on 5/13/26, my colleague and I entered our rooms and found broken deadbolts, door frames, electrical sockets, and flooring. While we did enter our rooms, we did not use them in any way, shape, or form. We immediately exited our rooms and the property upon discovering the unsafe conditions. The reservation was booked via Hotels.com. Twice, their support team reached out to the property in an effort to get resolution. Each time, the hotel refused to provide any refund. It is hard to understand how the Hotels.com platform allows a property in this condition to list rooms. It put's the safety of platform users at risk."

"I stayed here with family on trip and had a generally okay experience, though there were a few things worth noting. The building is currently undergoing renovation, and the noise from the hallways was fairly noticeable. Our toilet was running when we arrived, which wasn’t ideal. The location is convenient, especially being close to the interstate, and the check‑in staff member was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast, however, ended at 9 a.m., and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. Overall, this hotel works fine if you just need a quick place to crash for the night, but based on past stays, I’d recommend the Holiday Inn across the street for a more comfortable experience."

"Classic Motel feel I remember from my childhood. Clean, comfortable, well lit exterior. So quiet you heard the train pass by. I loved the chairs and picnic tables out in front of the rooms. Great bargain for the price. Will recommend. "
