“Welcoming to a puppy- Quiet”

“It definitely served our needs for one night while passing through. It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) It’s now tiled over and looks like a huge reception hall surrounded by rooms that overlook it. Our room was quite spacious! The building could use some TLC, but I noticed some things have been updated. (Bathroom tile and vanity). The free continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage,……

“The carpet had a giant disgusting stain. The manager said the last guest spilled something. What a bucket of fish guts. Drove 600 plus miles to get to my reservation. Wife discovered disgusting mess as she went to unfold the sheets. We got our money back and had no place to stay at midnight. No way we would stay at a place that would put guests in such awful conditions. We have pictures. I want a refund for the clean Holiday Inn I booked at midnight. Expedia booked it they need to stand……

“The check in staff were warm and inviting. Very helpful in finding a place to go grab dinner in town. Cookies on the night stand sold me. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean.”
