“整體來說是不錯, 交通非常便利, 本來隔聲是我很著重的事情, 因為房間較小, 所以隔聲本來就困難, 晚上要靠住客們自律一點, 如果整晚在大叫大笑, 隔璧房就會不能入睡. 但整體來說, 我在晚上都算是睡得不錯. 另外, 關了燈後, 仍然不夠黑暗, 如平時住酒店晚上睡覺時要開燈的, 都不用開了, 因為總覺得不夠暗. 最後, 要讚一讚酒店各員工的服務態度, 100分滿分的, 有禮又樂於助人.”

“住宿樓層矮，對正西區食品批發市場，毫無美感。房冷氣調至 25/26度仍超凍，需穿長袖衫加羽絨。茶兀，迷李吧檯，床頭櫃，微波爐不是留有污漬就是油漬，還要我用皂液抹過才敢放東西。網上顯示有瓶裝水及電水煲提供，實際是甚麽都沒有，只有一座注入水喉水的即熱飲水機，但加熱溫度只有幾十度或95°C(即未煮沸)，可惜水機也是壞的，累我凌晨要去7仔買蒸餾水飲。電腦工作間四週無電掣，只有一個在檯底已插了檯燈。梳化污糟，傢俬殘舊，真不像一間只開業年多的酒店。門前已按了不要打掃的燈掣，但每天中午一時多櫃檯總來電問我要否打掃，真是阻我睡覺！”
