“Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”

“Soweit alles ok. Sie sind halt sehr unflexibel bei der Vergabe der Bungalows. Es sollte doch wohl möglich sein einen 10 Monate im Voraus angefragten Bungalow zu bekommen.”

“Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of……

“Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. La ubicación……

“Das Zimmer war super groß und man hatte genug Platz für die Koffer. Auch das Bett war riesig. Es gab einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer war zur Straße raus, wenn man die Balkontür geschlossen hat, hat von draußen nichts mehr mitbekommen. Lichtdichte Vorhänge gab es ebenfalls. Badezimmer mit Fenster. Der Safe war inklusive. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. 500m entfernt gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich schnell um die Anliegen……

“Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle……

“Clean and spacious room. Facilities look a bit dated. Staff was overall pleasant but there were delays in service in the rooftop bar.”

“Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location.”
