“Another amazing property to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting that this property is on. The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kentucky. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!”

“My kids and I had a wonderful time- Clair and Ian were wonderful hosts, from first to last. We enjoyed exploring the property, and spent a lot of time in the woods, creeks, meadows etc. My youngest son declared that “We should move to Kentucky forever!””

“My wife and I were taking each of our moms (70+) to Churchill Downs for Derby Week (Thurby) and we wanted a place where we could all stay together and yet have our own sleeping arrangements. This house was on point. We were able to relax in the living room, or in the kitchen/dining area when we wanted, but when it was time to get ready for the day or retire for the night, we could all retreat to our own rooms. The hosts are amazing. They were available as we were leading up to our stay, and……

“The location was beautiful and peaceful. Only issues were massive amount of dead (and some still alive) flies and a kitchen lacking in some basics like dishwasher soap, basic spices, decent knife. Overall a pleasant experience though.”

“Wanted to find a place to gather with friends for a long fireside chat to catch up. We all loved this quiet setting and that hug of a cabin with its sweet appointments. So grateful our hosts created such a special place! Loved having time with my friends there.”

“I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all.”
