“My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Green Birdie! This beautifully decorated condo had a well equipped kitchen, and the sunrise views from it were amazing! Also, our gracious host was very responsive whenever we contacted him.”

“This condo is the nicest I’ve seen. It is decorated with a nautical/beach vibe. It was immaculate. Paseo is a true resort community. The resort pool is gorgeous. It has a lively TIki bar, frequent bands, a lap pool, movie theatre, lap pool, etc. The entire stay I thought, “this is paradise” and heard this many times from others at the resort.”

“The condo was perfect for us as a retired couple for six weeks and to entertain the family for Thanksgiving. The view was gorgeous of the river. The hosts were wonderful and responsive if we had issues, which were minimal.”

“Lovely except for the slider handle was completely rigged… we didn’t notice until we were stranded/locked out on the balcony… The toilet seat was missing in the master bath and some light bulbs were burnt out! Other than those housekeeping items… it was a great month… relaxing, enjoyable and just what we needed! ”

“This property is beautiful. The townhouse is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is easy to deal with and quickly responses to your inquiries. The check in process is seamless. The community has everything - tennis, pickleball, resort like pool, tiki bar, gym, lap pool. It is a very short drive to the grocery store and golf courses. Couldn’t ask for more. ”

“The condo was nice. The only thing I would say there is to many area rug's. A king bed would be nice also. We really enjoyed our stay. Played a lot of golf and ate at club house. We hope to come back again soon. ”
