“The bldg was under construction. The room smelled musty. They said the air conditioner had been leaking. The carpet was damp. The door to the bathroom drug on the tile. The soap container was coming off the wall. The toilet tank was loose. The door to the hallway didn’t shut without pushing it hard. The equipment in the workout room didn’t work.”

“This was the first stay at a place that was through vrbo. Communicate with the host was easy and smooth. I just stay one night but will definitely be back and stay long. l highly recommended staying here!”

“Check in person was unaware we had a pet and was put off by this. We were charged a $50 deposit despite having ESA paperwork. We were told there was only a "pet" room on the second floor. The stairs were difficult to manage, even for the dog. Inside the room, the a/c unit was turned off. When I moved the curtain to get the air circulating, the front panel of the unit fell on the floor. It was difficult to maneuver in this area, as the second queen size bed was jammed up next to the a/c unit.……

“Staff was nice, room was great/clean/comfortable with a couch, nice breakfast included, fitness room had everything you need. Downside was Expedia gave me the price and confirmed in an email and at the web site but at check-in she surprised us with a $100 extra deposit charge never detailed from Expedia and not even detailed on her screen for me to read. She admitted the $100 charge is not disclosed anywhere, and she was surprised herself that it was not there. She still charged me the extra……

“The property was overall a great stay clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was seamless. We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Would still recommend!”

“The property is lovely. The house is large and accommodated our large family nicely. The theater room was a hit. The theater room with the pull out couch was nice for my daughter's family since the kids always has to sleep near her on vacation. They could really spread out.”
