There were definitely some spots that looked really cool. I just think they could maybe go with the boutique flair a little bit more so that we could get the feel of such a grand old hotel better. the front desk person while very pleasant was not helpful at all as far as telling us where the elevator even was at, what time they had breakfast or about the restaurant. She really didn’t give us any information so we were a little disappointed in that.

Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service. Kept having to chase them down to service our room. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate what we wanted done. One night the front desk gave us sheets to change our own bed. That was ridiculous. You stay at a hotel, you think you should not have to make your own room up...
