Home Sweet Havasu Vacation Rental 3bd/2ba/Bonus room with Free Wifi

This beautifully decorated 1798 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bonus room for multiple families to enjoy. Bathrooms and kitchen has granite countertops, dining room, countertop seating with stools, & a Keurig for your morning coffee. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating, a HD Smart TV, Wifi, and games for entertaining. The master bedroom has hardwood flooring, a king size bed, a walk in closet, dresser, 2 end tables, a storage chest, a HD Smart TV, & a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have queen size beds, end tables, and dressers. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The den has a TV, couch, a queen size bed, & a double/twin bunk bed with ceiling fans throughout the house. The front of the house has a covered patio with seating to view the beautiful lake.

Access to the entire living house space, front & back yard and there's plenty of driveway space. Unfortunately, no access to the garage for short term travelers, however everywhere else is accessible for reservation bookers & their guests.

Winter Visitors, please feel free to contact me regarding multi-monthly discounts and perks. Long-term winter rentals during Nov. 1 to April 30 with Long-Term rental agreement/contract - Minimum of 4 months and includes access to washer and dryer. $1,500 for Four (4) Month Rental Agreement, $1,400 for Five (5) Month Rental Agreement, & $1,300 for Six (6) Month Rental Agreement.

When children are vacationing with you, the Coffee Table top is glass & should be moved to avoid damage/injuries. Bunkbed only for appropriate aged.

Comfortable and convenient

Perfect place for us! As soon as we walked into the homey living room, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay in Lake Havasu City. The location was quiet and convenient to shopping, downtown, and our friends. Roni was very attentive to our needs. We noticed the guest bathroom had some water on the floor. It wasn’t long before it was taken care of and we had a new toilet. It was quite obvious that they care about their home and the guests that stay there. Very good experience!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed home. The entire home was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Bed's were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed including a very nice-sized and modern refrigerator. Check-in/ check-out was simple and straightforward, and the owner (Roni) was attentive to our needs. Would certainly recommend this home to others! Thank you.
