Perfect group of friends/family getaway
My friends and I leased the property for 3 days and 3 nights. The place is spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. Nice jacuzzi and big backyard. Unfortunately, we went when during the snowstorm so the backyard was filled with snow so we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy it. But the overall experience was great. Would definitely come back during the summer time.

Could have been great!
I want to start by stating that the rental staff really did their best to make things right. I am hoping that this comes off as feedback to make this a great vacation rental because it has potential. The home is really nice and the location on the creek is beautiful. Areas that need improvement: 1. What you see is not what you get! The photos show a gourmet kitchen, luxury linens, a warm inviting home and an awesome fire pit. What you get is a sterile home that feels like someone moved out leaving only the bare minimum furniture. The kitchen is gourmet but when it comes to cooking in it, there were minimal pots and pans and absolutely no serving dishes. We had a group of 9 people and had to use baking sheets and the broiler pan to serve our meals. There were 2 dish towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 roles of paper towels and enough dish soap for 2 days (We stayed 5). The bed rooms were cold and sterile with no décor to warm things up, the linens were not what was in the photos and we were given the bare minimum number of towels needed for 9 people with no extras in the cabinmates. There is no closet in the master bedroom (It was locked with a sign stating the owners items were being kept in the closet) and no hangers in the other bedrooms, meaning we couldn't hang anything up. There was old crusty shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom that was just gross. (When asked, the rental company did bring us individual shampoo and conditioner along with more paper towels and cleaning supplies.) 2. I inquired about a BBQ and was told they took it away due to bears (every other house rental in the area has a BBQ) They then told me, 2 or 3 days before the trip that we couldn't have a fire due to the owners allergies??? (the fire pit was one of the reasons we rented the house) so hearing this really upset us. The thing was... they have a gas fire pit - no one told us about, that if they had, we wouldn't have been upset. But they didn't communicate it until we arrived at the house and they had to come fix broken screens. 3. Game room - Under amenities, it stats a game room, which there is not!! But they did bring a foosball table and set it up it the garage once we asked about it. 4. Queen beds were not comfortable and there are no blinds in the upstairs bedroom - this made it uncomfortable to change in and hard to sleep in. 5. Screens were broken - the house gets hot and you definitely want to open windows for air flow but do

Beautiful Home one exception
The home and amenities we're very nice. Not too far from Tahoe and Kirkwood. Stayed with my wife and three daughters and my wife's parents. Plenty of room. It would be a five star review except for one thing. My niece who lives nearby stopped by to see her grandparents. She brought a dog and placed him in the snow covered yard to play while she visited with family. The dog never entered the home. I got a frantic call from the property management company saying there was a dog at the residence that the owner had been watching through her ring camera placed in the backyard...my family and I had been enjoying the spa and backyard, playing and assuming we were alone and not being watched by the owners. I don't know how much they watch the camera but a motion sensor camera pointed directly at the back deck and spa is something you should disclose to your renters. Otherwise I have zero complaints. The property management company was very nice and professional and was attentive to our questions. Except for the invasion of our privacy everything was tops.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
It was the perfect weekend getaway for my family and I. The home has everything you need with a beautiful chef's kitchen which we absolutely loved! The only concern we had was the showers which we found a bit of a challenge to regulate the temperature of the water and the shower heads which were a bit older and didn't have good water pressure. But overall, we had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay.
