“Was in town for an athletic event and needed a place to be able to get away and rest/sleep. This property was perfect communication with the host was timely and everything was advertised. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. ”

“Perfect space for a solo trip for a conference at Florida Southern. Clean, continent, and safe.”

“Lesson learned HOeJO! This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. And the only reason I didn’t leave is because I was truly so exhausted. I could not go another mile. Roaches in the fridge and microwave and bathroom. Scattered when I turned on the lights in the morning. The handprints on the headboard from the last tenants hadn’t even been cleaned off. broken tables and broken stuff barely pieced together and propped up together. Front office laughed when I asked for a non smoking room.……

“Overall, easy stay and room was clean. The pool is under a shelter, so don't plan on being in the sun. ”

“Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. No issues for the one night stay. Apartment was very clean.”

“Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Disappointed breakfast was only til 9am, which is way to early. They should extend time til 10am. Never able to enjoy breakfast which was included in the price. ”

“I was happy until at 12:30 am I was awakened by loud music screaming from people below o windows. I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. This went on for over 30 minutes. I would never come back to this property. ”
