“Overall, this was a nice place to stay for a few days while we went to Universal Studios. I do feel like the room could’ve used some updated facilities based off of the listings photos. I also wish the cleanliness was a little better (there was dark curly hairs in the shower, on the bed sheets/pillows, and bath towels). Check-in was very easy and the owner was easy to get a hold of, however, there was some miscommunication with check out. Just know if you want to stay past the 10am checkout,……

“The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working……
