“I am pretty honest when it comes to hotels and reviews but have to say this is the most beautiful place to stay. Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. I dont want to leave a review as I want it to remain a hidden gem! The beautiful setting and one of a kind rooms are very aesthetic with great attention to detail and with the environment……

No one tried to sell anything, but the minute we needed help, everything was taken care of. P.S. if you are traveling by car, you will have your own parking spot right in front of your cottage. 100% highly recommend this stay.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Grand Mercure Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Das Zimmer war top, alles sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas sehrhektisch, wenn man nicht früh oder später kam. Leider gab es nur zwei Kaffeevollautomaten, welche nicht ausreichten für alle Gäste, da diese äußert langsam funktioniert haben. Oft stand man gut 10 Minuten an. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Ansonsten gibt es unserseits keine negativen Erfahrungen. Das Essen……

The staff are nice and friendly. The only slight downside is the area (everything is along a busy 2-3 lane main road) which is common for all hotels and not a particular issue for this one. ”
