Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet. 5. Only one thin pillow each, contacted the manager (he had emailed……

“The Dock is in a great location in Tromso and the breakfast buffet was quite good! We enjoyed being close to Vervet center for restaurants and a great bakery right around the corner. The restaurant was good, upstairs bar was beautiful to sit in but dinner there was quite pricey for what you got. Parking is in the next building but not too far but the they do have shuttle buses that run like every hour to the airport if you don’t want to rent a car. Also sauna is $40 Nok for 1.5 hours. Enjoyable……

“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to……

“Everything was great. The breakfast was really nice. The room was big enough for us to take everything out, and there was even a hallway to leave our coats and things with snow. The view was wonderful and you could probably see the northern light directly if it was strong enough.”

“Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.”

“Minimal bit comfortable. Our room could have used more storage area for Clothes and larger tables. We chose a smallish room- sat on the bed for tv- breakfast was delicious and made up for the lack of amenities. Close to shops and town center.”
