“The service, the restaurant's breakfast, and the cleanliness of the guest rooms were all top-notch.”

“The room and facilities were clean and well-kept since this is a newer building. Check-in took over 15 minutes since there was only one staff member at the front desk and she was on the phone for an extended period of time. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable for us.”

“I booked a double room. One bed had bedbugs, and the other bed was not properly cleaned. When entering one of the side doors, there were very clear foot prints throughout the hall.”

“I didn't appreciate the rule about not being able to request towels on the second day. I was told upon check in that if I needed extra towels I had to request them on day one. How is a guest supposed to know if they need extra towels? I request them when I need them. Also, the pool was way too small. I also didn't like that the curtain didn't extend across the window. If I can see the cars outside through the sheer curtain, then they can see me especially when the lights are on in the room at……
