This was probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It had years of built in stains, we were the only room with cotton curtains you could see through at night and blocked out no sun (everyone else had the light-blocking shades), the door had clearly been kicked in at some point (had a door jam patch job with a non-working chain), the curtains had suspicious stains on them and the hallway carpet is probably from 1980 and doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed since then. The gentleman at the desk was kind once he put out his cigarette and came in to help us.

Staff was accomodating. Room was fairly clean. Linens were clean and smelled freshly laundered. Awful curb appeal. I was really embarrassed to drive up to present this motel to 2 guests of mine. My 88 year old friend commented "This place is a dump!" Really old window coverings, beat up furniture, outdated tub area. I believe that I was overcharged for the condition of this motel. I would have gladly moved to another motel, but was told that once you've checked in and Expedia has your $, it's difficult at best to get a refund. I will never book a motel through Expedia again. It was my first time doing that, so from now on, I'll deal directly with the motel staff.

Where to start? The main light doesn’t operate, the bathtub faucet leaks , the curtains were half detached so the morning sun hits you at 5:30. That was on top of the heavily damaged walls and stained carpet in the hallway. Housekeeping made a real effort to try to keep it clean though. I can’t believe that Wyndham put its name on it

Disgusting. Pictures on website are misleading. I wish I could post pictures of the room and hallway outside the room. The grounds were unkept and there were underwear next to the sidewalk. The eves of the building were rotted and had holes in them where birds were living. Love birds but this gives an idea of how unkept things were. Hallway had used q-tips on floor and it hadn't been vacuumed, room smelled like cat pee, hadn't been swept and had a wad of gum on it, sink and shower were filthy and only a curtain panel for a curtain, which the curtain rod was falling off the wall. Most awful place I’ve ever encountered.

This was the dirtiest places I have ever stayed. Never again, the Lobby was nice and the staff was kind at check in. The rest, went down hill from there. The room was filthy, the floors turned my socks black. They only had a swiffer on the maids cart. They had holes in the wall, mold in the showers and no heat . And bugs at the end of December in Wyoming is unheard of, but they were in the room. I would not recommend staying here even if you are on a budget.

This property was in terrible condition. Not sure what was happening with hotel prices the night we stopped but it would’ve been worth the extra $100 to stay elsewhere. Our door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and the deadbolt was just hanging by a single nail. The room was also pretty dirty. When we checked in, there were other folks in the lobby reporting other problems: the water was out, their phones to call to the lobby were missing cords etc. Just skip this place.

Hotel is in grave state of disrepair. Baseboard heater. was broken. Tile broken in shower. Door jam broken out by door latch and lock (looked like someone had kicked the door in). The phone did not have a cord to plug into the wall. When I went to shower the water was shut off. Water was back on in about an hour. Headboard was not attached to the bed or the wall so every time you moved while in bed the headboard would bang against the wall. And the was a soccer tournament in town so the room rate was jacked way up. $114 for one night!

If I could rate this a minus 0 it would still be a better rate then it deserves. The doors looked like they were kicked in. No heat in the room. Cold air came out from the sides of the air-conditioner, the light switches were broke on the lamps, tile falling off in the bath tub. 8x8 water stains on the ceilings. No ceiling lights. Beds detached from the frames. Oversized bed shirts to where you tripped over them. Bathtub was very slick. Also the restaurant served our meal with hair in it. Disgusting.
