"We had a terrible experience at this rental. We booked one night for a family ski trip at Mont Ste-Anne (2 adults and 3 kids). Check-in wasn’t until 5 PM, so after a long day of skiing, we had dinner before heading to the property.Upon arrival, we were shocked at how dirty the accommodations were.
