“The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. “酒店很好，欧洲游客极多，我们入住期间大概是仅有的亚洲面孔。酒店附近有小镇，可以吃饭，比酒店自助餐或单点便宜很多， 建议天天在酒店晚餐还是定半食宿好点，酒店也可单点 。小镇还有DFS,可以买便宜T恤，我们骑车大概20分钟可以到达，在林荫路上骑车也是很好的感觉。 入住期间可以在酒店订车出去游玩。总之，SANDS不错。”

“I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there!
