Lee's Summit Castle Hotels

"My first room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. My second room smelled like smoke. My third room also smelled like smoke and mold. Finally I just stayed with the fourth room because it was good enough. There isn’t really a fitness center. It’s a treadmill, bike, and cable machine. Breakfast was very basic. The hallways smelled like weed. I had to call the front desk and ask someone to come clean my room after 3 days. And the left all the dirty linens piled on the floor in my room. The hot water is tricky. You have to let the hot water in the sink run before the shower will run hot. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Terrible. Did not feel safe leaving vehicle in parking lot. In the morning the lock was messed with. Would highly not recommend. Find a better spot. Room was kind of gross. "

"hot tub was scummy, pool area seemed kind of dirty. Room was all scuffed up on every surface, obviously hotel is not in its prime. could use some updates / maintenance in places. Staff was fantastic, room was ok otherwise. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. Freezer looked to maybe have mold in it but not sure. tv was ancient, needs upgraded to smart tv. breakftast was actully really delicious. "

"The hotel itself was nice, but our room was so hot and we put the cool on and it would blow very hot air out, we put the heat on and it blew like slightly cool air out. Everything else was nice, the staff was friendly."
