“Great stay with my kids!”

“My wife stayed here while I was having a procedure at KU Indian Creek Campus and hospitalized for almost a week. Very convenient location. When she experienced an issue with incredibly loud kids next door late one night, the front desk amazingly sorted and handled the situation for her. Having staff that understand the importance of getting a good night’s rest while dealing with this sort of event your significant other is going through is top tier customer service.”

“The staff in this hotel goes above and beyond to maje your stay a pleasant one. I booked hitel for my daughters babyshower....the event was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

“The pool was found in extremely poor condition. The water was very cloudy and appeared almost solid white, making it impossible to see the bottom of the pool. There were numerous dead spiders and other insects floating in the water, indicating a lack of recent cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, no pool cleaning net was available on-site, which further limited the ability to remove debris and improve the condition of the pool. Overall, the pool requires thorough cleaning and maintenance……
