"We stayed at this hotel because I got a good deal on the price and it had a hot tub! The pool and hot tub were in good condition and very enjoyable. The room was a typical size and layout for this type of hotel, but it was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was exceptional, and the outdoor landscaping added a peacefulness to the stay. One of my better hotel experiences!"
"We had a great two-night stay in this home with our family of five! The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. The house was well-equipped and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a fan in the room, which made the stay extra comfortable.Overall, the home was clean, though there were a few small things left behind by previous guests. We noticed some flies on the main floor and laundry still in the dryer, which made it feel a bit less put-together. Additionally, there were some kitchen items outside by the grill, which we weren't sure about. Despite these minor issues, the house was a great place to stay and provided everything we needed for our short trip.Would definitely consider staying again for the great location and overall comfort!"

"The staff was fast and courteous in responding to my needs and questions. I appreciated its convenience in accessing all the sights we wanted to see in the Kansas City area. The breakfasts were great and there was plenty of food and choices. I highly recommend this place. "
"This is a beautiful hotel reasonably priced with a good location. We did not mind at all paying $15 for parking on site. It was easy and convenient. "
"The breakfast was lacking, BUT the property was VERY clean, smelled really good. Staff was super friendly. Check In was easy. We travel often and Lotus is top of the list "
"I love staying at the Intercontinental in Kansas City. It's close to everything and just a beautiful view of the Country Club Plaza. I love it there."
"Spacious, updated lobby, quick check-in, loved the room configuration with small sofa and private balcony, we were pleasantly surprised as it was a great stay and at a great rate!"
"The room wasn't clean. We mopped the floor and it was so dirty the water looked like chocolate milk. It smelled and the cabinets were falling apart. It's like the picture on the website was their best room and the rest are in the slums. The elevator was filthy and going up 3 floor between 1 and 2 floors the elevator drops a little and scares you unti thinking it's going to fall. Staff was nice, but clearly this place is trying to improve, but I feel like i was mislead that this place was clean and it wasn’t. All the doors were busted and didn’t close with ease. You had to slam or force it to close. Half of the outlets worked. One of the pillows smelled like urine. On a good note i didn’t see any bugs."
