“The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but this place is a hole in the wall that is falling apart. They don't do any maintenance or repair to anything in the rooms. Even the most basic things. Shower won't drain, bed linens heavily stained, etc...Tons of reviews about all that, but another place I booked first cancelled my room by mistake so I was thankful this hotel had a room available late on a weekend. I was alone so it was fine, but I do not recommend bringing family or kids here. ”

“The staff were polite & helpful at check in. The lounge on the 2nd floor does get loud on weekends but we didn’t notice the noise in our 3rd floor room. It is an older hotel that has had a much needed facelift. Our room was clean, beds comfy, and quiet. Several electrical outlets did not work or were too loose to hold phone chargers. Breakfast was great~ waffles, fruit, danish, biscuits & gravy, juice, milk, yogurt, ham/sausafe-were some of options. Kitchen staff were quick to replenish food……

“No hot water. Coffee was all gone. No staff available. Room was ok as far as cleanliness but had a strong perfume smell.”

“A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they……
