"We booked a night over spring break so the kids could swim. Upon arriving to the pool, we find out the pool heater is broken so it was freezing! Felt like frigid lake water. The kids swam a little bit but spent most of their time in the hot tub as a result. Had I known the heater was broken, I would not have booked at the hotel.
