“Location is very convenient and close to the main attraction. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They did a beautiful surprise with greetings for my husband birthday. Room was ok, but not even close to 4.6 star rate. For the money we paid for 3 night( $1300) our room was below our expectations, We did not had any space or capability to dry our sweming suits after the beach. Air-condition was working very loud and distracted our sleep. When we booked our stay for a special occasion, my husband……

“Clean room but needs some updates. Breakfast was nice pool is not in the most convenient place especially if your traveling with kiddos but has a nice view. Over all a good stay.”

“I was disappointed with my stay overall. While the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself did not meet my expectations for a Westin. The property felt very outdated and didn’t seem as clean as it should have been. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, the toilet worked on and off, and the first room I was given had a strong unpleasant smell. I also wasn’t given the room type I originally requested, so I had to go back to the lobby to have it corrected.……
