“The house was incredible and had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus two pups. The view from the deck was stunning and great to drink coffee on in the morning and sip bourbon on at night. Kids had a blast in the game room, even though they couldn’t beat me in shuffleboard! Mike and Rachel were fantastic hosts with great communication. Would highly recommend this house for your next trip. And if you do go would also recommend tubing down the French Brd River at Mad Co Tubing. Our kiddos……

“Beautiful view. House was clean and very comfortable. Hot tub was great but had a little too much chlorine. Patio furniture could have used a wipe down. Everything worked and was as described. VERY spacious. I wish there was more to do close to the home but that is of no fault of the hosts. I do wish there was more of a grassy area around the house. Again, the views were beautiful and the house was very comfortable and cozy feeling. ”

“The house was clean and the area was very peaceful. The interior of the home was as advertised. The gravel driveway was steep but easily drivable with a four wheel drive vehicle. ”

“The cabin itself is beautiful but it needs a deep thorough cleaning. The linens were dirty on one of the beds and another bed had hair on sheets which tells me they were not even changed from the prior guests. Floors, toilets were filthy. We found dead bugs in one of the showers and on many of the window sills. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer available so we could was the bedding. ”

“Great location to Hatley point. Fantastic view. Did get snow and had a great time. Rooms and accommodations were great. ”

“If you are looking for a place to disconnect from the world this is the place for you. There is no phone service but don't worry there is a landline if an emergency would happen. It was great to be able to lay down the cell phone and actually talk and not have the phone going off all the time. The cabin is beautiful and rustic.”
